Revised Recommendation of the 29th Session

 

The revised Recommendation No.1 was adopted by mail on 30 September 2004 and is amended as follows:

The TAC for Herring in Management Unit III in 2004 should not exceed 71,200 tonnes a).

 

a) the ratio of these allocations of the TAC among the Fishery Zones cannot be taken as relecting any generally applicable concept nor may it be used as a basis for TAC allocation in the future.
